On 21st June 2023 at the St. Elizabeth’s Special Needs Day Care Centre at Ahotor in Elmina. The school is located in a village outside of Elmina. Dr. walker and the DATSS Team interacted with the sisters that operate the school and the teachers. Dr. Walker was pleased to have had the opportunity to interact with the students and staff despite the bad road and pouring rain.
Disability Awareness Teachers Support Service (DATSS) conducted a highly impactful engagement with parents of children with cerebral palsy at our newly opened and resourced office in Dome Pillar II.
10 years ago DATSS was invited to speak @icgclibertytemple1127 in New Jersey, USA . Dr Comfort Walker talked on understanding special education as a career path.
